Delivery information

Field and Vine offers free delivery via courier for hampers across Australia. However, delivery times may vary depending on location. Please note, the following timeframes are estimates only and actual delivery time will depend on the courier company:

  • Geelong and surrounds (see below for included these postcodes ) – 1 to 3 days
  • Other areas of Victoria and major towns and cities – 3 to 5 days
  • Rural and remote locations – minimum 5 days

Geelong and surrounds includes these postcodes: 3220, 3216, 3219, 3215, 3218, 3228, 3226, 3442.



Can I get same day delivery?

If the delivery is within the Geelong and surrounds area, this may be possible. Please call us prior to placing your order to discuss.

Can I get guaranteed next day delivery?

For deliveries within Geelong and surrounds, this may be possible. Please call us prior to placing your order.

Can I pick up my hamper?

At this stage, we are unable to offer pick-up or click and collect for hampers.

Can I track my delivery?

Once an order is dispatched, the courier company will send you an email with a consignment number. You can use this number to track your delivery.

What happens if no-one is home when the hamper is delivered?

If – when ordering – you provide an authority to leave in a safe place, the hamper will be left according to your instructions. If there is no authority, the courier will leave a card and the hamper will need to be collected from the nearest depot.

Will the recipient know who the hamper is from?

With each hamper, we provide opportunity to leave a message. When ordering your hamper, indicate the message you would like the recipient to receive including your name.

Can my hamper be delivered on weekends and public holidays?

Unfortunately, our delivery partners are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays.

What should I do if there is damage to the hamper products when they arrive?

Please contact us within three business days either via our website or phone us on 03 5278 8000. You will need to provide us with photos of the damaged goods. We will then review and determine the most appropriate course of action.

Can the hamper be delivered to a workplace?

Yes. When ordering your hamper, please include details in the ‘Additional information section’ if there is a specific time that the business is open other than 9am to 5pm.
